Every-time I get off from school I would normally pass by the Downtown to meet new faces and photograph them. There is so much character out in the world that we can learn from and understand. This man right here was outside of the Oxnard Public Library sleeping and he just isn't satisfied with the way life is going. The man put his hours in Vietnam and this is what his life will conclude to? "Out sleeping in the streets like a damn animal, Veterans continue to get the short end of the stick when it comes to this administration."
