Cheers to the first post of 2015! It has sure been quite an adventure, so many memories made in 2014. It's time to make 2015 even greater! I wish everyone the best. So to start off the year I went on a road trip to Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri within five days. Right? Five friggen days?! Somehow we managed to get it done. I went to visit relatives, explore, hiking and shoot some photography(obviously). The road trip was way too fun. Freezing temperatures below 0 degrees was not fun but quite the experience! Made it a challenge to actually concentrate in shooting. I regret shooting more photography but eh! Sometimes photographers actually need to enjoy the moments in life and not having to worry about blinking and missing an important moment in a photography world! So I wish the best of luck for you in 2015 and accomplish them goals! Here we go.............!
Arizona was mostly filled with a desert. Pretty intense
Such a beautiful scenery.
The classic road of "Route 66" So much history has gone through this road.
New Mexico sure has some pretty good looking Gas stations if you ask me.
Filled the gas tank and off we go.
Oklahoma was pretty and cold. Freezing weather was messing with the car so we had to take a break. We wondered around the city and ran into the building of Alfred P. Murrah Federal building. Where the bombing happened and killed about 168 people.
The snow was so beautiful. Most of Oklahoma was covered in snow
After walking around the building we went into the museum where they gave us a little tour of the Federal building that got bombed.
Goodbye Oklahoma! Next stop: Arkansas!
Mountain Nebo, Arkansas. The view of the beautiful river across from the mountain.
No smog, huge buildings, crowded city and bullshit. This was beautiful
Morning hike in Arkansas. Mountain Nebo
The following day I decided to continue finding more hiking trails and found a cool little trail that eventually lead me to these huge rocks with caves. I forgot the name of the trail! But it was legit.
Freezing temperature weather did not stop anyone from hiking these amazing trails!
Frozen dry leaf.
This is the last stop of the hike and pretty much the road trip. It took me two damn days to find this beautiful water fall but it all paid off!
Below are a few more photographs that I personally enjoyed. Most are long exposures and used for my portfolio. Enjoy!
